Sandesh Ltd share price softened by 3.33% to Rs 987.0 after the company's net profit tumbled by 388.04% to Rs 99.49 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 117.17% to Rs 458.18 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of Sandesh Ltd stood at Rs 110.04 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 53.99% year-on-year, and tanking 452.35% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 73 crore, expanding by 99.07% YoY and rallying 79.74% sequentially. Total expenses witnessed a sharp rise of 77.75% to Rs 440.33 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 23.62 crore, advancing by 11.47% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 9.95 crore, dipping slightly 4.51% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations eased 8.67% to Rs 294.18 crore, while net profit tanked by 59.11% to Rs 77.12 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA plunged by 8432% to Rs 31.14 crore, and PBT collapsed by 59.01% to Rs 98.69 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 67.37 crore in FY26, as against Rs 153.88 crore in FY25. Sandesh Ltd crashed 15.16% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.20% during the same period.
